Otsuka et al.(2025)は術後眼内炎2症例においてレーザースペックルフローグラフィー(LSFG)で脈絡膜・網膜血流を経時的に計測した3)。治療前には脈絡膜血流が著明に低下しており、PPV後に進行的に改善することが示された。症例1では角膜厚(CCT)が396 μmから187 μmへ正常化した3)。
Otsuka et al.(2025)は2例の術後眼内炎でLSFGを使用し、脈絡膜血流が治療経過とともに進行的に改善することを示した3)。症例1(MRSE感染)は術後3ヶ月で矯正視力20/25、症例2(縫着IOL後7年での慢性型C. acnes)は術後3ヶ月で20/33を達成した3)。LSFGが眼内炎の治療効果判定や予後予測ツールとして応用できる可能性が示された。
